Zerk lubricated ball bearings and 3-1/2" oil impregnated bronze sleeve bearings provide smooth, effortless revolving motion on 2-1/4" cold-rolled steel shaft. The simple but rugged frames of the are formed from 1-1/3" galvanized steel pipe. The center shaft of solid 2-1/4" cold rolled steel is machined to fit in a revolving assembly of oversize ball bearings with Zerk fittings and a heavy duty oil impregnated bronze sleeve bearing. This combination provides for easy field lubrication to maintain the smooth easy motion. Green seats are cut from recycled plastic to be environmental friendly, while the platforms are extra-strong 14 gauge steel safety plate. Precision malleable fittings anchor the unique railing system to the platforms. Powder coated as shown, or in your choice of colors. The 10' diameter accommodates up to 25 children.
