Richly tinted and exclusive patented TopCoat™ is a high-gloss powder coating process that encapsulates and surrounds the plastisol to protect it from fading, cracking, mold and mildew. Prior to application of TOP COAT, benches have a thick plastisol coating permanently heat fused to primed heavy duty steel, creating an impervious rust proof barrier. Oven cured plastisol has an overall thickness of one quarter inch, including top and bottom coatings. Powder coated steel bench ends and receptacle tops are shielded by FUSION GUARD to prevent fading and maintain extreme rust resistance.
